TradeVigilant — A service of Blaquid Holdings

Information handling & independence.

This page describes how information shared with TradeVigilant is collected, used, protected, and kept separate from every other Blaquid Holdings activity.

Information collected

TradeVigilant may receive transaction information, supporting documents, counterparty details, jurisdictions, timing information, and related materials for review purposes. Information may be provided through approved intake, communication, or document-exchange channels appropriate to the engagement and the operating model in effect at the time.

Purpose of review

Information is used for exactly one purpose: evaluating, scoping, and performing the engaged transaction risk review and delivering its report to the engaging client.

Confidentiality posture

All submitted materials are treated as confidential by default. Access is limited to the review steward. Reports are delivered to the engaging client only. No client name, counterparty name, or transaction detail appears in any public material — the sample reports on this site are synthetic and contain no client information. A mutual confidentiality agreement can be executed before any document exchange on request.

TradeVigilant / Blaquid Energy separation

TradeVigilant and Blaquid Energy both operate under Blaquid Holdings but are separated domains. TradeVigilant performs reviews; it does not originate, broker, or participate in transactions. A TradeVigilant review is never connected to any Blaquid commercial interest in the reviewed transaction.

Information obtained through TradeVigilant reviews is not used to identify, target, solicit, or pursue counterparties for Blaquid Energy transactions.

No review-derived trading use

Information received for review is never used for trading, market positioning, or transaction sourcing by any Blaquid Holdings domain.

No review-derived solicitation use

Information received for review is never used to solicit, introduce, or connect counterparties, and is never used for marketing.

Document exchange

Document exchange occurs through approved engagement channels selected for the review scope, confidentiality requirements, and operating model in effect at the time. Any document-handling capability operates under defined retention, access-control, confidentiality, and governance standards.

Document retention

TradeVigilant may retain engagement records, observations, methodologies, templates, and lessons learned to improve review quality, operational effectiveness, and institutional knowledge. Client-specific confidential information is not repurposed for transaction sourcing, marketing, solicitation, or unrelated commercial activity.

Information use restrictions

Information received through inquiries or reviews is not used to create marketing lists, lead databases, transaction-sourcing inventories, counterparty prospecting resources, or unrelated commercial intelligence repositories.

Conflicts of interest

If a conflict of interest is identified before or during an engagement, the engagement may be declined, the conflict may be disclosed to the client, or the reviewer may be recused, as the circumstances require. Where a conflict cannot be resolved by disclosure or recusal, the engagement is declined.
