First-party site behavior
This public website does not currently provide document-upload or user-account functionality. Transaction documents are accepted only after engagement approval through a separately authorized delivery channel. The first-party code published by TradeVigilant does not include analytics, tracking cookies, client-side persistence, or automatic transmission of visitor activity. The inquiry form prepares an email draft in the visitor’s email application; it does not automatically submit inquiry information to TradeVigilant.
Hosting and security infrastructure
This site is delivered through third-party hosting and security infrastructure. Those providers may process limited technical request data or apply protective functionality independently of TradeVigilant’s published first-party code. Infrastructure-layer behavior is configured outside this site’s source and is therefore described separately from the first-party behavior above.
Inquiries
If you contact TradeVigilant, the information you include is used to evaluate whether and how a review can be scoped, and to respond to you. Inquiries may be directed to tradevigilant@blaquidintel.io.
What we do not do
- Inquiry and review information is not sold or shared for value with any third party.
- Inquiry and review information is not used for Blaquid Energy transaction sourcing or any other Blaquid Holdings commercial activity outside the engaged review.
- Inquiry and review information is not used for marketing or model training.
- Information received through inquiries or reviews is not used to create marketing lists, lead databases, transaction-sourcing inventories, counterparty prospecting resources, or unrelated commercial intelligence repositories.
Retention and institutional learning
TradeVigilant may retain engagement records, observations, methodologies, templates, and lessons learned to improve review quality, operational effectiveness, and institutional knowledge. Client-specific confidential information is not repurposed for transaction sourcing, solicitation, marketing, or unrelated commercial activity.
